Our charming Harbor Cove Condo #18 is a 2-bedroom with a Loft! The lower level entails a full bath and two guest bedrooms featuring a king bed, and the other room featuring a twin bunk with a full size bed. The main level offers an open concept living room, full kitchen and full bath with a shower. Make sure to enjoy the walkout balcony facing the beautiful nature preserves. The second level is an open loft with a full size bed. Harbor Cove is the perfect place for someone looking to enjoy four seasons of fun with its close proximity to shops, restaurants, top-rated golf courses and ski resorts. Within a 5-minute walk of the condo, there is a private beach on Little Traverse Bay with beach house, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, a play area for kids, and walking and snowshoeing trails. Plus, you’re less than 20 minutes away from downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Boyne Highlands Resort, Nubs Nob Ski Resort, and much more. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Community center which includes an indoor pool and hot tub year round. During the summer months guests are welcome to use the Beach house, outdoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool is typically open Memorial Day -Labor Day only. *7-night minimum may apply for our Summer Season (Saturday to Saturday) ** The fireplace is for decor only. Guest access Arrival instructions are automatically emailed on Monday, the week of your arrival. To make sure you receive this information please send us your email address. Our arrival instructions, include your Property Manager's contact information, along with the address of the property and access information. If we are not able to email you, we can copy and paste those instructions in the Airbnb app but it will not be formatted correctly and may have some information omitted due to Airbnb rules.
