On the lower level, you’ll find two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom features a king bed, while the second includes a twin-over-full bunk—perfect for families or groups. The main level offers an open-concept living space with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with a second full bathroom with a shower. Step out onto the walkout balcony and enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding nature preserve. Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping space with a full-size bed. Harbor Cove is ideal for enjoying all four seasons. Within a short five-minute walk, you’ll have access to a private beach on Little Traverse Bay, along with a beach house, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a children’s play area, and scenic walking and snowshoeing trails. You’re also conveniently located less than 20 minutes from downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey, as well as popular destinations like Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob ski resorts, plus several top-rated golf courses. Guests have access to the community center, which includes an indoor pool and hot tub available year-round. During the summer months, you can also enjoy the beach house, outdoor pool, and hot tub (typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day).
