This unique, two-story home is just 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island Beach. Walking in, you'll be welcomed by vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers and a layout that's almost two homes in one. But don't worry, this house is as comfortable as it is gorgeous. Upstairs is the stunning open kitchen, with a huge granite island, that practically begs you to cook meals at home. The dining table seats 8 (plus a high chair for the little one). The living room has an 85-inch 3D Roku TV (with 3D glasses!) perfect for movie night. There are two Master bedrooms (both with King beds) and two stunning bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds, so there's space for everyone. But don't forget downstairs! Past the gorgeous cherry steps, you'll find two more bedrooms (both with Queen beds) PLUS a second full kitchen, living room (with a 65 inch Roku TV) and a dining table for four. All this space means maximum vacation relaxation! And the best part - the backyard has a fantastic heated pool (83° in winter) and spa (100° year-round), fully screened in, so you soak up the Florida sun in style. With an 8-seat outdoor dining table and a gas grill, you're just as comfortable outside as you are inside. Note: For stays between June and November (storm season), we require that guests opt-in to the travel insurance provided by Airbnb at checkout. While Clearwater is rarely affected by storms, trips cancelled due to weather will not be refunded, so should be covered by travel insurance.
