You will find everything you need in the furnished kitchen from plates, pots and pans to all the silverware needed. Relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. Two bathrooms are found inside with one being a shower and the other having a bathtub. Both bathrooms feature new tile surround. The bathrooms are furnished with towels. Relax on the couch and chair in the living appointed with extra blankets and pillows. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other being a full size. The dining table seats six, so plenty of room to enjoy the feast. A BBQ grill is included (host does not provide charcoal). The washer and dryer is found in the new laundry room with easy access. The home has a new state-of-the-art heating and cooling system in case the outside elements are not up to par. The covered porch has seating which could also be moved to the patio. You will find a fire pit and outdoor seating on this property, as well. You will see plenty of wildlife from deer, quail, pheasants and everything in between. Bring your fishing pole and fish in the pond behind the home. With no traffic on the road and the home being found at the end of a very long driveway, you will enjoy the peace of mother nature. If you decide to work or write a book during the stay, we have included Wi-Fi. Living in a rural location on a gravel road can be a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The gravel road provides a scenic view of the countryside and can be a great place to take a leisurely drive. The gravel road also provides a sense of privacy and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of city life.
