Located in the Centovalli, the valley famous for its train that crosses idyllic landscapes and for its tranquility The space The house is on 3 floors and is ideal for families and young couples; it can accommodate up to 5 people. There are three bedrooms, served by a spiral staircase, the kitchen and the living room with fireplace On the upper floor is the attic, with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an open space bathroom with toilet and freestanding bathtub overlooking the entire valley; on the second floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable bed (120x200cm) with a large view and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. On the first floor near the living room is there is a large kitchen equipped with a combined steam-hot air oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and other accessories. The living room with fireplace is furnished with an extendable table for 6 to 10 people, a comfortable sofa and a television. On the ground floor with separate access is a storage room where there is a washing machine, a bathroom with shower and a multipurpose room (hobby, game room, bicycle storage). Outside, a spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains, with a granite table and umbrella. Gas grill available. The house is located in the heart of the village and is accessible through a pedestrian alley with several steps. However, the valley baker (Pellanda) comes to town twice a week (Tuesday and Saturday). In Camedo there is a gas station with an adjoining store (basic groceries). The nearest supermarket is in Verscio or Losone, about 25 minutes from Lionza. In Intragna (about 20 minutes away) there is a butcher shop with local products and a good bakery with an attached Tea-Room.
