This cozy newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with sparkling pool, is centrally located in a great neighborhood in Peoria close to State Farm Stadium. From the moment you enter you will notice the comfortable furnishings and attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, the dining table seats 6, and the family room has plenty of comfortable seating and a 55 in smart TV. The space The master bedroom includes a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bath. There is also access to the outside from the master bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature queen sized beds. Outside on the patio you will find a fire pit table with seating for 6, 2 poolside loungers, and a gas bbq ready to cook up dinner. **The pool is not heated at this time** Guest access We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it's safe and clean. We are available via text or the app if issues should arise during your stay. The home is equipped with a smart lock system. Your access code will be sent to you along with check in instructions the day prior to arrival. Other things to note -- POLICIES -- - No smoking allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces - Must be at least 25 years old to book
