Upstairs loft has been converted to a 2nd master: Queen bed, seating area with flatscreen tv, and small full bath. Back deck offers picnic table for casual dining with a view of the Bay. West end location, but still close to shoppes and restaurants. No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy must be observed at all times.
