This gorgeous home has been newly renovated and is clean, simple and sun-filled rooms and all the essentials you need to relax into your holiday! This cozy home features three bedrooms, large outdoor area with outdoor dining table and play area for the kids, secure space to store your boat and cars and settle into the evening and enjoy the ambience of the warmth from a real fireplace. The space Newly renovated our home is simple and relaxing for your holidays and is filled with natural sunlight with a large backyard. The fully equipped laundry both washer and dryer is available for use during your stay. Our home features three bedrooms, master bedroom has a kings size bed, the second bedroom a queen bed and third a double/single bunk bed suitable for both the kids and adults. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and a split system cooling/heating is in the living area. We also have a wood fire to enjoy the ambience of the warmth from a real fireplace, with fire wood supplied for your stay. The back yard is exceptionally big with a large grass area for children to run and play, with a swing set and toys available to your kids. Relax in the covered patio area ideal for summer or winter - a barbecue is available for use and a large outside freezer for all of your fishing bait and the day’s fresh catch! The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery and cook ware, to make your stay more comfortable with a brand new dishwasher for your use to really make your time relaxing. High speed wireless internet is supplied and Netflix can be watched on the large TV in the living room. Off street parking under a carport is provided and we have enough room for you to safely park and store your caravan or jet skis. Guest access Located only 1km from the beach and boat ramps our home has been newly renovated and is clean, simple and sun-filled rooms and located in the middle of the Bellarine Region. Our community is the perfect destination for a holiday or weekend getaway to explore the Bellarine Peninsula & all the region has to offer, such as Golf Courses, Curlewis Golf Driving Range, Wineries & Restaurants, the Geelong Foreshore, Adventure Park, Surf Beaches and Coastal Towns. A pleasant walk to amazing views of Corio Bay, the You Yangs, and the skyline of Melbourne, launch your boat for a day of fishing or simply cast off from the sand. Take a bike ride along the trail or just sit relax and take in slower pace of life and enjoy the stunning views whiling catching a daily sunset or sunrise. The Clifton Springs boat harbour provides safe boat ramps to launch your boat and is perfect for fishing. Or swim at the local beach which is ideal location for kayaking, paddle boarding and other water activities. Other things to note All linen provided as well as towels please bring your own beach towels. Your fur friends are allowed. Please clean up after them and let us know they are joining you. Strictly no parties or schoolies. No smoking indoors. A portacot can be provided upon request, subject to availability and prior notice. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, sufficient notice is required to ensure our staff can prepare and provide the cot.
