The master suite has a private master bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Master has oversized walk in closet. Master has French doors to pool area. Bedroom 2: 1 king bed with memory foam mattress. Bedroom 3: 2 Full size memory foam mattresses (bunk beds) with a twin size memory foam mattress (pull out trundle). Bathroom 2 is located in between bedrooms 2 and 3. Living room has triple pocket sliding doors that open into the pool area. Gaming room is located in the garage with new epoxy floors! Pool is heated all year round with a spacious spa! Guest access The entire house. There is a fully fenced in yard with a fire pit. Other things to note The pool and spa are heated to a standard temperature of 80°F. Please note that outdoor weather conditions significantly impact water temperature, particularly during cooler evenings and winter months. Upon request, the pool and spa may be heated above 80°F for an additional fee of $35 per night, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow sufficient time to reach the desired temperature. This service is weather permitting. While we make every effort to achieve the requested temperature, we cannot guarantee an exact water temperature, as outdoor conditions ultimately influence heating performance.
