If there is anything specific you need for the kitchen, let me know and we will do our best to have it upon arrival. Guest have access to the entire house including washer and dryer, and access to a private pool and jacuzzi spa. Heated pool is available with an additional cost of $150 for 10 hours heated for the day. You’ll LOVE our pool to relax and enjoy but don’t be surprised when some of the debris from luscious garden blows into it - during your stay, it’s all part of nature. Simply use the skimmer to clear before use and remember, we have it checked and cleaned by experts weekly. Heated spa is included and hours of operation is 10am to 10pm depending on what time you want to turn the heat on…Please coordinate with me to turn on the spa heat and jets for up to 2 hours of your choice per day. Pool and Spa is controlled remotely and coordination with me is required. There is a trail next to the home to take walks, run or simply taking your furry baby a walk. Our property is a gateway to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National park. Sequoia National is about 45minutes and Kings Canyon is 1hr 20min away. 10 min from HW 198 and HW 99. This is a two story home 3300 sqft 6 bedroom 3.5 bath, family room and living room. 4 bedroom is upstairs and 2 bedroom down stairs. We have nest thermostat and have parameters. 68 degrees lowest and 85 degrees highest.
