This is an entertainer’s delight, with an oversized open floor plan and an abundance of outdoor space. The ground level has 2 large garages and access to the outdoor garden inspired by a featured exhibition in the European world garden show. You must go outside to go between the units. There is no interior passage. • The property is located in the Edgewood neighborhood, great for restaurants, access to the Marta train station, and shopping on Caroline Street which has Target/Ross/Burlington/Kroger/Best Buy. Walk 0.4 miles on LaFrance Street to get to the Marta train (a 7 minute walk). There is a sidewalk the entire way. • Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee. • Check-out is at 11 am.
