Just a 10-minute walk to the beach lake, community pool, and Lakeside restaurant (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), as well as the tennis and basketball courts and Marina. Whether you're seeking adventure or a peaceful retreat, you're just a short drive from popular local attractions. Our cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay. Come feel at home—we can’t wait to host you! The space Beautiful, property in the heart of Poconos. The kitchen has soft closing cabinets, quartz countertop and stainless-steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher). Bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling ceramic tiles. All furniture is cleaned, as well as disinfected after every stay. BEDROOMS- Have two queen size beds plus one full size in one of the bedrooms. We also have additional sleeping space on the sofa-bed in the living room. This house is perfect to comfortably accommodate a small family or small group of friends (8 people). Wall mounted smart TVs are available in each room and can provide entertainment for everyone staying. Fast WiFi is also available. Wood burning fireplace will bring a warm and cozy atmosphere to any cold evening. Sorry no outdoor fires pits or outdoor fires allowed as per community rules. COMMUNITY AMENITIES- Offer's activities for all ages. Outdoor pool, beach lake, boat rentals, volleyball and tennis courts, Restaurant with deck overlooking lake (Seasonal). Basketball court, playground and Clubhouse/restaurant is all year long. We ask all guests to dispose trash upon checkout. There is a small guest rental form to be filled out to issue passes + garbage pass per vehicle. Each vehicle pass is $5 and we cover the first vehicle listed.
