NOISE: THIS IS A STRICT NO PARTY HOUSE, no bucks, no hens, or footy weekends. We understand that every group is different we cannot afford to take the risk and we do not make exceptions. The property is situated in a quiet and private cul-de-sac street back on to a natural Reserve. Council regulates outside noise to ensure the neighbourhood retains its quiet and peaceful outlook and that neighbours aren’t disturbed. - There is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time. - Socialising outdoors is allowed until 10:00pm, after which guests need to move indoors. - Pool equipment and central air conditioning upstairs are on a timer overnight to comply with council noise regulation. If this interferes with your weekend away plans, then please do not book. We use NoiseAware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house as well as 2 outdoor security cameras. In cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund. By requesting a booking, you are confirming your agreement to the above policies. GUEST NUMBERS: Please ensure you have the correct guest numbers so that we can provide enough linen/towels during your stay. There is a $50/person/night charge for all guests after the first 10 guests. This is already included in the quoted price unless there’s changes to the initial enquired guest numbers. (Note - Airbnb has a max of 16 guests in its search range, so additional guest numbers above the 16 will require the fee to be added manually.).
