Our beautiful family home is tucked away in a lovely little village, and surrounded by the stunning countryside while being only a short 7-minute drive to Brighton Center. Fully equipped with all the necessities, our home comfortably sleeps up to 5 with 3 bedrooms. Perfect for families and friends looking for a getaway near Brighton! The space Welcome to our family home. You are greeted by the comfortable living room overlooking the lush greenery of the front garden. It’s the place where you will feel most at home, a haven from the outside world, there are 2 snug sofas for you to relax on. (Please note the Fireplace is not in use for health and safety reasons) Further in, a beautiful dining area with views to the back garden and towards the sea. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has all you'll need to whip yourself up a nice hot meal whilst you enjoy the stunning views. There is a children's play area in the conservatory with toys and puzzles to keep them entertained. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with a single bed. All the beds have been fitted with hotel quality linens for your comfort. The rear bedrooms have panoramic view overlooking the countryside and views toward the sea. There is also a modern white bathroom where you'll find we have provided fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. We hope you enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Note: Hot tub is not for guests' use.
