Stone house is located in the small village of Čepić. Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car. 15 minutes from city Labin by car. 3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Swimming pool is not shared with others. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive. The space You are staying on the upper floor of a typical Istrian stone house in the dreamy village of Čepić Lanišće. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the small towns of Pićan and Gračišće as well as the slopes of the Učka Mountains. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Below the apartment is the wine cellar of the landlord, here you can purchase selected and regionstypische wines and liquors. Forests and meadows surround the holiday house in the dreamy little village of Čepić and invite you to take long walks. A well-stocked grocery store is about 2000 meters away. Plomin can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. We recommend a trip along the coastal road, where you have a spectacular view of the sea and the bay.
