Other things to note **$175 monthly parking rate (closest garage is this rate, others lots may be available in the area). Unit is located on the third floor in close proximity to the elevator and stairwell (you might hear people coming and going in the hall). This is a dog friendly unit. Please inquiry before booking if you are bringing a pet. Do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
