Welcome this beautiful, bright, centrally-located beach house, two blocks from water, and one block from all the shops and restaurants of 2nd Street, in Belmont Shore. The space Fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with 5 beds. Bedroom 1 has a Cal-king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds (Queen on the bottom, Twin XL on top). There is an office/laundry with a double sized murphy bed, and a bonus room with a queen sized murphy bed. All rooms have doors! Plenty of space for the everyone to sleep comfortably. There is a pack-n-play (and high chair) available for babies. The home has two separate office spaces, each complete with a desk, chair, and an apple monitor, to make your "work from home" experience more enjoyable. This home also features a spacious living room, complete with a 65in Smart TV, and surround sound. It also has an open concept kitchen with all amenities and new appliances, perfect for entertaining and cooking meals. The beautiful front patio offers a gas BBQ grill, plenty of built-in seating, and a gas fire-pit, for all to enjoy. We also have everything you need for a perfect beach day: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, toys and games for kids (and adults!), and a wagon to carry it all in! A couple blocks from the property you will find a peninsula and beach where swimming is abundant and kayaks and SUP's can be rented to leisurely paddle through beautiful Naples Canals. For fun you can also rent Electric boats or a Gondola tour for a more romantic experience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Street parking only—make sure to read the street signs to avoid getting a street sweeping ticket. You will usually not have any problems getting parking right in front!
