Additional Fees & Fees Notes: A security deposit of €100.00 is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating is included. Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee on request. The spa tax is due before arrival. One parking space is available for free. If available, a bicycle shed may be added for a fee of €5,-/ per night. Since there is only a limited number available, we recommend a timely reservation. The 56 m² holiday apartment is on the 1st floor. An elevator is available in the house. You can expect elegant furnishings that are sure to appeal to you and offer absolute comfort for a pleasant stay. In the spacious living room, you can make yourself comfortable with a hot cup of tea and an interesting book in front of the roaring fireplace. The well-equipped, open kitchen is ideal for creating a tasty menu for family and friends, which can then be served in the inviting dining area. After you could enjoy the delicious meal, you will have the opportunity to rest in one of the two bedrooms and gather enough strength for the day. The bedrooms have TV, comfortable double beds and fitted wardrobes where you will find enough space. To guarantee you a relaxing end of the day, you can use the modern wellness bath and relax in the soothing sauna with various infusions. In sunny weather, you can visit the interesting surroundings by bike and explore numerous special features. The balcony at this apartment is south-west.
