Welcome to our apartment Other things to note 'Meeresrauschen 8'. Right in the idyllic beach park Großenbrode, our beautiful new apartment is only 100 m from the fine sandy south beach. Notes on additional costs and fees: € 100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linens can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking is available free of charge. If available, a bicycle shed can be booked for €5 per night. Since only a limited number are available, we recommend a timely reservation. The 56 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available in the house. An elegant style of furnishing awaits you, which will undoubtedly appeal to you and is absolute comfort for a pleasant stay. In the spacious living room, you can make yourself comfortable with a hot cup of tea and an interesting book in front of the crackling fireplace. The well-equipped, open-plan kitchen is ideal for creating a tasty menu for family and friends, which can then be served in the inviting dining area. After enjoying the delicious meal, you have the opportunity to rest in one of the two bedrooms and gather enough strength for the day. The bedrooms have TV, comfortable double beds and built-in closets where you will find plenty of space. To guarantee you a relaxing end to the day, you can use the modern wellness bath and relax in the soothing sauna with various infusions. In sunny weather, you can visit the scenic surroundings by bike and explore numerous special features. The balcony of this apartment faces south-west.
