Mini-split A/C and heat unit will make your stay comfortable from early Spring to late Fall. The whole property is yours throughout your stay. Large yard area surrounding cabin great for kids and pets (our dogs love splashing around on the shore). Two docks available for use - one is great for docking all watercraft (boats, rafts, jet skis, etc.), one is great for fishing and swimming with a swim ladder for easy access. One shed is available for guest use for storage needs (firewood, toys, etc.). Close to Mackinaw City, downtown Cheboygan and the Black Mountain ORV trail system. Parking on-site is not a problem. You can get to town with your personal vehicle or drive your ORV directly to the trails from the property. Property is accessed by a well-maintained two-track drive approximately .8/mile long. Accessible by any type of vehicle. There are several boat launches in the Cheboygan-area that serve access to the Black River, both public and private (pay by use).
