Aquabikes must be handled with care The pool has a consistent depth of 1m60 along its entire length, there are no shallow places, this can pose a risk for children without floats or people who can't swim. Children (- 12 years old) should therefore absolutely not be left alone in this area. The owners are not responsible for accidents. Other details: The villa is completely privatized The pool area is reserved for guests only Guest access Entry can be done independently (via key box and gate code) or by the hosts' reception, depending on availability. Checkout is done independently with the keys deposited in the mailbox on departure. Other things to note Parties or gatherings with more people than available beds are not allowed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are vigilant. Lawn mowing and pool maintenance take place approximately every 15 days and could take place during the stay period if no other time slots are available.
