Waterfront home on Lake Eufaula

Waterfront home located in Leisure Heights ready for your lake getaway! Boat ramps are close by and the shore also provides a safe place to land your boat directly down from the house. We also have a boat slip available which is about a 5 minute walk from the house. Enjoy the lake view from the large deck with plenty of space to hang out. Conveniently located between the towns of Eufaula and Checotah. We have 2 kayaks, a 3 person canoe and a 6’ x 15’ swim pad for use during your stay. The space Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a full bathroom. Bedroom two includes a queen sized bed and twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom three includes a queen sized bed and twin over full bunk bed. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Bathrooms: We have 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers and provide towels and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hand soap. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen including; dishwasher, oven, stove, vent hood, microwave, disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, toaster, ice cream maker, dishware/flatware, utensils, pots, pans, spices and a large island w/ seating. We also provide paper towels, napkins, dishwasher tabs and hand soap. Indoor: We have a 65" TV with an AppleTV for streaming that includes HBO Max; Prime; Hulu; ESPN Unlimited, Paramount+; Disney+; Peacock and AppleTV+. We also have board games, playing cards and dominoes. Outdoor: We have a large deck with ceiling fans, seating, and table for outdoor dining; 65" Smart TV and Roku stick for streaming; Outdoor speakers on deck with Bluetooth streaming; Charcoal grill with smoker attachment (charcoal and lighter fluid provided); Fire pit with seating (firewood provided); horseshoe pits; cornhole; ladder toss; bottle bash; 3 person canoe with oars; 2 single person kayaks and several life jackets of various sizes. Laundry: Washer and Dryer with detergent and fabric softener provided. General: Fast Wifi; Central heat and air; Keyless entry. Miscellaneous items: ice chest; fishing poles; tackle box; hair dryers; hangers; trash bags. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and house with the exception of one closet and the detached garage which are used for owner storage. The lake can be directly accessed from the backyard ~100 yards from the house. While not a sandy shore, it is a good soft area for swimming. Other things to note Please keep in mind that the lake level will fluctuate, especially in the spring, so if the water level is too high the boat ramps and/or boat slip may not be accessible. Our boat slip is about a 4 minute walk from the house. The shoreline is for public use and the area directly down from the house is a soft and convenient spot where we beach our boat. We throw an anchor on land and leave our boat on the shoreline overnight as well and have never had any issues. There is large green space between the house and lake shoreline. There are deer, squirrels, geese and other wildlife that visit this area from time to time. We also have a dog friendly neighborhood so you may run into one of the free range dogs enjoying their room to roam or a dip in the lake.
