Located on the quiet west end of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach and walkable to many eateries! Beach service of 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 umbrella included in March - October reservations! If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Within 30 days, no refund will be given. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. o Tents not allowed on beach (umbrellas only) o Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement with the owners and provide a copy of the of their driver’s license o NO PETS - we are unable to accommodate any animals due to severe allergies o Renter must be 25 years or older o Home is protected by Nest Doorbell camera and building has 24/7 surveillance.
