The space The apartment is very well organized with two bedrooms overlooking a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area open to the kitchen. There is also a pull-out bed in the living room for two people, with the possibility of closing the room in order to intensify privacy, and a small bathroom. There are no additional fees to be expected apart from the tourist taxes, which will be paid after the booking is finalized. The tourist tax, collected by the Swiss municipalities, is applicable to all stays on Swiss territory. It contributes to the financing of cultural, tourist and sports infrastructures that enrich your stay. Laundry fees, including sheets and linens, are included. Guest access The accommodation provides a free parking space in an underground car park. Other things to note The indoor golf course and the large golf course of Crans-Montana are 1.5 km from the apartment. Wi-Fi was changed in June 2025 to provide a better connection. The outdoor lighting leading to the apartment has also been replaced: it is now much more efficient, with motion detectors that improve both comfort and safety. About 200 meters from the apartment, a development project is underway to enhance the neighborhood with the creation of an underground parking lot, a leisure area and a new bus stop, in addition to the one already existing nearby. The works may cause occasional nuisances, but are not systematically noisy and generally do not take place in high season. Access to the residence as well as parking spaces remains completely free and available at all times.
