St Milburga Chapel is a 4 person, Grade 2 listed holiday home, warm, cosy and rural hideaway near to Stoke St Milborough. Detached property with Wifi, 43 inch smart TV, Netflix, free electric car charger, cot, high chair and parking. Lounge & dining room, kitchen, bathroom (underfloor heating), mezzanine double bedroom and 1 x twin bedroom. Cast iron gas-fired stove & radiators. Unique tiny home, built in 1842 and just 24 foot long, this converted chapel is located 10 minutes drive from Ludlow. The space Fully private detached property. The chapel is open plan downstairs with a dining room area, living room and kitchen. There is a mezzanine double bedroom above and the second twin bedroom to the back. Both accessed via carpeted stairs. The bathroom is downstairs. The property is heated by a cast iron stove (gas included), and cast iron radiators. Outside is a porch, front gravelled area and car parking to the side. There is a country road to the front and a private lane to the side which services other houses. Seating in front of the chapel, together with a gas BBQ, and a bike shed at the rear. Visit England 4 Star rated self-catering accommodation. St Milburga Chapel is ideally located for family breaks, walking holidays (loads of routes straight out of the front door), golfing breaks, mountain biking holidays, canoeing on the River Severn, Shropshire/Herefordshire vineyard tours and all the Shropshire attractions. Please note that the property is pet free and no dogs are allowed. This restriction does not include guide dogs or assistance dogs. All prices are inclusive - we do not charge any hidden extras. We took the opportunity to tour (by car and on foot) a beautiful area, which was new to us. Stokesay Castle is a gem, as were the pretty villages of Clun, Bishops Castle and (further afield) Tenbury Wells. It’s well worth calling in at the SIlent Hills Discovery Centre at Craven Arms, too. Visited here with friends for a relaxing weekend away, wow! What a beautiful spot, in the middle of the countryside with gorgeous views but very close to Ludlow, 15 mins in the car. The chapel is beautiful, has everything you need, the shower in the bathroom is INCREDIBLE!! Beds are very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything , even leaving little treats in the freezer we were able to buy shopping in and it had everything needed for storing and cooking food. We also visited Ludlow which had a gorgeous market! Will certainly be back! We tried Walk 9 – Clee Liberty to Nordy Bank … the views were lovely! Overall a well stocked and prepared holiday home. Thank you. Rooms: A cosy converted Chapel with well thought through provision of equipment. Nearby activities: Ludlow was a lovely nearby town. Walkability: Lovely walks directly from the Chapel front door. Noteworthy details: Everything for housekeeping was generously provided for our complete stay. Guest access Full and completely private use of the detached chapel in its own grounds - access is by key safe. Other things to note There is an EV electric charger (with 10 metre cable) attached to the side of the chapel & on our driveway for free & exclusive use by chapel guests. There is a lockable bike shed at the rear of the driveway. The chapel is completely private and the outlook is overlooking grazing fields. Max number of guests is strictly 4 at any time, not including a baby or a toddler in a cot (high chair, stairgate and travel cot supplied).
