Seaward Escape is located in the charming coastal community of Cherry Grove Beach, the laid-back north end of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is just seconds from our first floor location (No stairs)! Restaurants, bars & shops are only a 3 block stroll away. Enjoy the on-site pool, sundeck & lounge chairs! Cook meals in our fully stocked kitchen & relax on the patio after a day of exploring. With fast Wi-Fi, NETFLIX & easy self-check-in, this place is truly a gem! ✅ out Instagrm @seaward_escape The space Beautifully remodeled condo just across the street from the beach, located in the charming 50+ year old Seaward Villas complex. Seaward Villas is located on ocean boulevard and is right across the road from a nice beach access. The space is perfect for 2 - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. You'll find a queen bed memory foam mattress in the bedroom, with a newly upgraded Tempurpedic mattress topper. You will find a queen memory foam sofa bed in the living room. (There are sheets and a mattress topper for the sofa bed in the bedroom closet). The bedroom also has an armoire for you to unpack your suitcase & a TV inside - with cable, NETFLIX & Prime Video! The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher and seating for 3 at the counter. Coffee options include a Keurig or French Press and electric kettle to heat water. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with a bench and is the perfect place to hang your towels after a day at the beach or pool. The private pool available to Seaward Escape guests and is located on the side of the building, where you will also find a sundeck and lounge chairs. Note: Beach & pool towels are not provided. Guest access Parking at the condo is free and is located in front of the building or in the rear. Most times you will be able to park right in front of the door. Pool is shared with only with other guests/owners at Seaward Villas. This location is very walkable with great restaurants, grocery store, beach shop, ice cream parlors, and bars only 3 short blocks away. The door has a keypad lock. You will receive a code for access 1 day prior to your stay. Simply enter your code and wait for the lock to unlock (you will hear the deadbolt turn and a beep). To lock the door when you go out, simply press the kwickset button at the top of the lock. If the lock doesn’t lock or unlock properly, pull the door to make sure it is shut fully and press the lock button. The lock should reset and then should be able to lock or unlock it. If the lock doesn’t function properly or you are unable to gain access, please contact us promptly. We have a backup key in the master lock box on the door and can provide you the combination to access the key if needed. Other things to note Condo is heated by space heaters during the winter months. Beach and pool towels are NOT provided. All other linens like bed sheets, bath towels, make-up remover cloths, pillows, blankets, and kitchen hand towels are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, K-cups, and basic kitchen supplies like cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, are provided. All guests must agree to NO pets, NO smoking or vaping, and NO parties.
