Close by you will find a selection of beaches to enjoy like Caswell, Langland, Rotherslade and Swansea Bay are all just a short distance away, most in walking distance. Langland Bay beach is family friendly and offers a great range of facilities. It holds both Blue Flag and Seaside Awards and explorers can enjoy the coastal clifftop walk around to Caswell Bay. The property is self-catering and all on one level, so access is good if you have trouble with lots of stairs. There is a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom flat and has a lovely cosy feel to it. The lounge has a 2 seater sofa and a single arm chair, as well as a smart TV where you can enjoy a selection of freeview channels or log into your own Netflix/Prime account. There is a small courtyard out the back with a table and chairs so you can sit outside if the mood takes you. There is no parking at the property, unfortunatly the car park opposite is currently closed for redevelopment, there are other car parks that can be found in the area. So whilst in the Mumbles area, why not jump in your car and head over to the Gower. There are many days of fun and scenery to be had here as well as some of the most breath-taking beaches in the world. Rhossili is regularly voted in the top 10 best beaches in the world and the walk down to Three Cliffs Bay is stunning in itself. One well behaved dog is welcome.
