This beautiful 2700 sq. ft. spacious retreat can be your "Winter Wonderland", your "Golfer's Paradise" photographers dream or an outdoor enthusiasts playground. You'll be perched above the 7th green on Aspen Hills Golf Course with unobstructed views of the mountains while being nestled in the Aspen's. Don't be surprised while relaxing on the patio you're visited by a family of deer. Pure heaven. Open and spacious, with a full kitchen, granite countertops, huge farm table for family gatherings and a pool table for fun. There is an electric fireplace as well as a wood burning stove to keep you warm ( I provide enough firewood for your stay.) This beautiful property is equipped with radiant heat which includes a thermostat in every room for your personal comfort. We offer free high speed (50/10) wi-fi as well as HDTV Roku TVs in every room. Netflix, Paramount Plus w/live CBS (NFL), Commercial free Hulu, Pandora, Prime Video, Peacock (tons of sports), AppleTV+ and numerous free channels. Fully equipped kitchen with spices, oils and essentials. Enjoy and "Welcome to Paradise". The entire 2700 sq ft Guest House is on the lower level. It has beautiful views from inside or outside. You have 2 doors which allow for private access. The first which also has the lockbox attached to the door ( inside). Walkout onto your private patio and backyard.. which is all yours to enjoy including the comfy patio furniture and BBQ. I am at your service. Your space is throughly cleaned, disinfected & sanitized for your safety. Star Valley is a wonderful place to live. We are just 55 miles southwest of Jackson Hole and all it has to offer. You can enjoy a thrilling river rafting trip, go fly fishing, boating, canoeing, paddle boarding etc. on Palisades Reservoir and many of the lake's, river's, streams and mountains , which almost all are within half an hours drive. Go hiking, horseback riding, hunting, biking, skiing, snow mobiling, sledding, cross country skiing....and of course just sit back, relax and unwind. In the winter you will need 4WD and/or chains to get to the ski resorts and sometimes just getting around. They do have a shuttle, but with Covid-19 that could change. I'm happy to check availability upon request. I pay for the snow removal here so it'll be accessible. We get a lot of snow, but the town takes good care of keeping the roads plowed. If we really get dumped on, your patience is appreciated. During golf season you can (upon request) use our golf cart. All the course's have them available for rent. If you have any ATV's, snowmobiles .. bring them along. There's plenty of parking. Star Valley Ranch is a wonderful community. You are within less than a mile from four different golf courses. They have a pickleball court, there is a pool available (seasonal), a playground with a cafe "The Grill", horseshoes, basketball court, a pavilion with barbecues available and a tennis court. We have a brand new million dollar clubhouse situated at Cedar Creek Golf Course with a beautiful 180° view of the mountains and valley. It also offers dining at "Three Canyons Restaurant" and "Duffers" a full bar . In the winter there is sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing... or I've had winter guests sled, snow shoe, cross country right off the backyard down onto the golf course.
