The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea bar! There is a main level bathroom with a tub and tiled shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are all included to make your packing list smaller. The main level master bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, and smart TV. Connected to the kitchen you can access a large screen porch- we recommend watching sunsets, sharing a meal, reading a book, or enjoying a beverage. There is a chair that folds into a single bed in the living room. Upstairs in the loft you will find a queen bed, smart TV, room darkening shades as a partition, and a cute little kids nook. Of note, the staircase to the loft is steeper than normal. There is a handrail provided. There is a large cement pad with ample parking for your vehicles and trailers. No stress with backing and turning around in tight spaces! Outside adventure awaits for all ages with a sandbox/swingset, cornhole, 2 bikes, tetherball, basketball hoop, walking path, and firepit! Above all, we are confident you will enjoy the serene country setting, sounds of nature, viewing wildlife and making lasting memories while stepping away from life's chaos! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. There are no other tenants on the property. It is a contactless check-in and check-out process. There is keypad entry for your convenience. There is an attached garage that is locked off and inaccessible to guests, owner rarely may need to access the garage - in the event we would message you prior in advance. Other things to note -This property sleeps 5 adults comfortably with the 2 queen beds and single pullout. - The upstairs lofted bedroom with a queen does not have a private door. We have installed room darkening curtains as a partition to add privacy - see photos. - The staircase up to the lofted bedroom is steep. There is a handrail throughout the staircase for safety - see photos. People with limited mobility or young children should be aware of this when booking.
