It is immediately the first villa when you enter the urbanization at the very bottom of the mountain, which makes walking to the center or beach very doable. You won't find many detached villas with a private pool so close to the center, but Villa Sarai has it all. When you arrive at the villa there is on site parking on the same level as the street. An outside staircase takes you to the front door of Villa Sarai. The villa has a spacious bright living room with French doors to the garden, a very spacious hall and a fully equipped kitchen. From the hall you reach the 3 bedrooms, 1 with a bathroom en suite and patio doors to the terrace adjacent to the pool. On the same level are the other 2 bedrooms and 1 fully fitted bathroom. So there are no stairs in the villa, all on the same level, except the stairs from the parking lot. An extra living / bedroom with 2 beds is located in the other separate part of the villa, which also has a second kitchen. This is a studio located behind the villa. It is not very big outside, but that makes it very pleasant. There are sunbeds around the pool for sunbathing. And between the villa and the second detached part is a terrace with a large dining table next to a stone barbecue. Here is also a large canopy with cloths that you can close when it is too hot or leave open when it cannot be warm enough for you. This is highly recommended for groups of friends! The accommodation is located in a residential neighbourhood, so it is important to respect the surroundings. Therefore, loud music and parties are not allowed, and quiet should be maintained between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ■ The 4th bedroom is located in the second separate part, here is also the second living room and kitchen, the photo shows a double bed, but this is being replaced by 2 single beds.
