It is located a walkable 3 blocks from Main Street and just a couple blocks further you will find Madison’s beautiful waterfront view of the Ohio River. The space When you enter this home you will find the inviting living room featuring comfortable seating, a large smart tv, and some games for an entertaining night in! The couch converts to a futon bed with provided bedding if needed. There are two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable Queen size bed, dresser and hanging rack. Bedroom 2 houses a comfortable King size bed, dresser and hanging rack. This bedroom also has a full bathroom attached (toilet, vanity and walk-in shower). You will love this home’s bright, open, clean kitchen. It features an island with 4 barstools for dining, stainless steel appliances, a large drop-in sink and a coffee bar we take pride in keeping well-stocked for our fellow coffee lovers. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for cooking such as pots, pans, utensils, oils, mixing bowls and seasonings. You will find an additional full bathroom off the kitchen with shower, toilet, vanity and full-size washer and dryer. You will notice the beautiful 10’ ceilings in every room giving the home that open, airy feel. All living space is located on one floor. The entire home has free WiFi. There is no cable, however, the SmartTV allows you to log into all your streaming apps such as Netflix, YoutubeTV, Hulu, etc. The front entry way is a beautiful, cozy spot to un-plug and unwind with your morning coffee or evening beverage. Other things to note Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am. On Street Parking Only, you will likely be able to park right in front of the house. We will provide a "starter supply" of paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, toiletries, etc.
