Two of them offer a large desk for you to work at. A 3rd is also available in the living room. A large ventilated living room of 85 m2 with a very nice ceiling height, where you can have your meals or watch a good movie on the big screen (smart TV), opens onto the covered terrace and the pool thanks to a large bay window, with full sea view overlooking the Eastern Bay, without any vis-à-vis. The kitchen is very well equipped, and will delight gastronomy lovers or the chef who comes for you, thanks to its many amenities. Its back kitchen, also with access from the outside, will allow you to store your groceries, especially in the bottle cellar or to use the washer-dryer.
