Centrally located home in a great neighborhood. Situated on one acre leaving lots of room for outdoor activities. Only 10 minutes to North Conway Center, Cathedral Ledge, Diana’s baths, 20 minutes to Story Land. Close to everything, but still private and peaceful. Multiple spaces to hang in the house helps meet the needs of everyone in your family. Wonderful screened in three season room for summer nights or cool fall evenings. Cozy up by the pellet stove in the winter after a day of skiing! The space Enter the home through the side door and find a nice space to leave bags and coats after a day in town. Kitchen equipped with standard appliances and is outfitted to cook a full family meal. The home can sleep 8 comfortably and offers 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and two twin beds. The bathroom is on the main level and offers a double vanity and full shower with tub. WiFi is available and we offer YouTube Tv and Disney+ but feel free to login to your own subscriptions via Roku. The main living room is spacious and has a pellet stove. The secondary living room is perfect for the kids to unwind. Washer and dryer can be used at your convenience in the basement. Outdoor space is great for games or cooking on the grill. Take a walk on the path through the woods on the property and have a seat on the bench to unwind. NOTE: The house is not child proofed although, there is a pack n’ play and high chair available for use. NOTE: You MUST file for a permit in order to utilize the fire pit. Firewood is not provided, and you can pick up a bundle at most local convenience stores NOTE: We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill, but it is possible you may need to get it refilled. In this case you can bring it to many different places and we will reimburse you, just need a photo of your receipt. Guest access You will receive a code for the door. Other things to note NOTE: We have black bears in the area which won't hurt you but they are always hungry and they are very smart and know how to open car doors, so please don't put any trash outside, and lock your car doors.
