Welcome to Tremont Guesthouse Fragile Suite, our 2BR 2nd floor walk-up apartment with everything you'll need for your visit to Cleveland. Our convenient location is <3 miles from all downtown sports venues and RRHoF, <6 miles to Cleveland’s world-renowned medical campuses and museums, with easy access to all other northeast Ohio destinations. Whether your visit is for a sporting event, a concert, a trip to Cleveland Clinic, a visit with the grandkids... we'd love to host you. Our Guesthouse is located in Tremont, a historic neighborhood situated just across the Cuyahoga river from downtown Cleveland. The Fragile Suite has a private, guest-controlled HVAC system. The kitchen features a brand new apartment-sized fridge/freezer, Cuisinart induction cook-top, coffee maker, electric kettle and service for four. Living room includes a 42-in. television equipped with Roku and a DVD player. Bedroom one has two twin beds while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to the private balcony. The newly remodeled full bath features the original iron tub, but with modern fixtures and a rainforest shower head. WiFi throughout and a quick walk to all of the Tremont neighborhood dining and entertainment hot spots. The entire suite is yours, and you may enjoy garden access in the warm weather. You may encounter other guests on the property. Hosts live on-site and are available to provide access, updates, tourist info and personal assistance. We generally keep to ourselves, but you'll see us occasionally. Tremont's great restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, are just the start. The Christmas Story House, Lincoln Park, West Side Market are all walk-able! Only a few blocks to the newly completed Towpath Trail. Easy access to downtown, Cleveland Clinic, Metro and UH, as well as museums, sports venues and the lakefront make Tremont the ideal location for a stay in Cleveland. Uber and Lyft are usually very short waits in Tremont. RTA access to/from Cleveland Hopkins Airport or other parts of the city is available within a mile of the house. Bus lines run within 2 blocks of the house. Bike and scooter rentals are available in the neighborhood.
