The space Our Guesthouse is located in Tremont, a historic neighborhood situated just across the Cuyahoga river from downtown Cleveland. The Fragile Suite has a private, guest-controlled HVAC system. The kitchen features a brand new apartment-sized fridge/freezer, Cuisinart induction cook-top, coffee maker, electric kettle and service for four. Living room includes a 42-in. television equipped with Roku and a DVD player. Bedroom one has two twin beds while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to the private balcony. The newly remodeled full bath features the original iron tub, but with modern fixtures and a rainforest shower head. WiFi throughout and a quick walk to all of the Tremont neighborhood dining and entertainment hot spots. Guest access The entire suite is yours, and you may enjoy garden access in the warm weather. You may encounter other guests on the property.
