The space This modern apartment has brand new furnishings from TXTUR, a locally-owned luxury furniture company. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a comfy memory foam mattress. This is a second floor apartment with stair and elevator access. It has a full kitchen stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. There is a full set of linens for each bed as well as towels and paper products. The washer and dryer are located in the unit. The WiFi is fast and will easily allow for remote work. The TV includes streaming packages from Hulu, Amazon, YouTube TV (for local channels) and ESPN. All utilities are included. Guest access 16 Church is a commercial building located in the heart of downtown Roanoke. There are retail and commercial tenants on the first floor, with apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Guest keys will allow use of the elevator to go between levels. Other things to note We operate under the business name Stay Roanoke. If you are planning on bringing a pet: You must review and sign our pet policy prior to making your reservation. Pets allowed with a $250 pet fee and $25 per month charge. Security deposit of $1000 required on all 30+ day reservations. Please message us for details. We require all guests to sign a rental agreement prior to check in. This document will be sent over SMS text messaging to the number you have on file with your booking agency. Save on your reservation by booking for 90+ days! The State of Virginia requires sales tax to be collected on reservations shorter than 90 days. To save the most money book for 90+ days! Parking is limited to free street parking or paid garages. Rentals over 30 days are eligible for discounted parking lot permits through the city. The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 10 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 5 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital. You must arrange to meet with our hospitality manager during business hours (9am-6pm) to exchange keys and receive a tour of the building prior to check in. *CHECK IN AFTER 6PM IS NOT ALLOWED*
