But to sit around the fire with your friends and family, make smores, laugh, and make memories. -Bedroom 1: King bed and a TV (sleeps 2) -Bedroom 2: Queen bed and daybed with a trundle and a TV (sleeps 4) -Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds and a TV (sleeps 4) -Bedroom 4: Daybed with a trundle and TV (sleeps 2) In the kitchen we have provided you with basic cooking essentials such as -pots and pans -spices, salt, pepper, olive oil -silverware, blender -keurig coffee pods & regular coffee -baking sheets & mixing bowls -mugs, glasses, cooking utensils, plates & bowls -microwave, refrigerator & gas stove Toiletries: Initial items are provided for your stay. -Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap, hair dryer, wash cloths, towels & pool towels Cleaning supplies: All cleaning supplies are provided in the supply closet. With the use of our keyless entry system, you are able to access the property anytime after the check-in time and access with your access code. Other things to note Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors as this is a residential area. No parties allowed. No loud music or outdoor activity from 9pm to 8am. Only 5 vehicles allowed. Please note : our strict house rules allow us to up keep the highest quality stay for our guests. Additional fee of $150 for any pets. Additional fee of $25 per person staying at this home after 8 people Heated Pool fee of $90 dollars per day (mimimum of 2 days)
