The space First Floor Relax on the first floor with the warmth of the fireplace, a cozy swing chair, comfortable seating, a record player, and a smart TV for movie nights. Please note that guests provide their own firewood. The kitchen features brand-new smart LG appliances and is stocked with essentials for preparing warm meals during your stay. Second Floor Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress plus a daybed with two twin mattresses. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress. To the left of the stairs is a dedicated workspace with bookshelves, a lamp, and peaceful woodland views perfect for remote work or quiet reading. To the right, you’ll find a relaxing nook with a lounge chair and guitar, ideal for unwinding after a day in the Poconos. Summer Comfort & Year-Round Heating Enjoy brand-new, ultra-quiet mini-split AC and heating in every room. Stay cool after summer adventures, relax comfortably during warm Poconos days, or settle in for a cozy winter retreat. Outside Enjoy the outdoor fire pit with wood grill. Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except the locked room near the dining table and the outside shed. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Please park only in the driveway and do not park on the street or neighboring properties.
