If you are looking for an authentic Jamaican vacation experience far removed from the cookie-cutter, crowded all-inclusive resorts, look no further, you found it. This beautiful 5 BR villa with a separate 1 BR stone cottage enjoys magnificent sunsets from the 180 degree ocean view. Entertain family and friends by the outdoor kitchen and 60 feet lap pool. Villa is located in the lush Deep West End of Negril, a 20 minutes drive from the 7 mile beach, restaurants, shops and music venues. The space Private, quiet and serene, rustic yet fabulous at the same time, Jamaican villa with lush vegetation, overlooking the Caribbean Ocean. Nicely appointed newly renovated rooms. Air conditioning available in main five bedrooms, but not in the stone cottage. The villa is sitting on the mountainside with four levels of living space. Private transportation to get around is a must. There is an additional separate 1 BR and 2 BR apartment building on the property to potentially rent as well if need be, as long as it is available and unoccupied. The Villa is in a residential neighborhood where you will hear the dogs barking , cows mooing , goats bleating and birds singing 🎵 Guest access Entire villa. Other things to note Recommendation for airport transport , excursions and general transportation around Negril upon request. We now have our own Voxy van to assist with transportation. If you arrange your own transportation, be sure to have your GPS handy, as we have had a couple of guests using drivers from Montego Bay who had some difficulty in finding the villa. Traditional Jamaican breakfast and dinner can be prepared by Junior upon request. Inquire about fee and menu. Lastly, on site massage and hair braiding is available. The five bedrooms have AC, but the stone bedroom does not have an AC, just a ceiling fan. We are proud to be completely solar powered, but please be mindful of unnecessary electrical usage as we don’t want to run out of power during the night. Also, if the weather is very overcast then the water from the solar water heater will be less warm.
