The space The Bungalows features a pool and hot tub and a fully private, fenced in back yard. The pool and hot tub are cleaned multiple times per week to ensure its clean and sanitized for your stay. The landscapers also come once a week to ensure the exterior is precisely manicured. The house has a fully covered outdoor dining space to enjoy meals outside or a BBQ. There is plenty of outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the relaxing Miami sun. The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The entire house is newly renovated. Entertainment: - All TVs are Smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming channels. Garbage Disposal: - Please follow the designated procedures for garbage disposal during your stay. Parties & Events - Parties, receptions, or events are not allowed. Local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. This rule is strictly enforced and violations may result in termination of your reservation and additional fees. Pets: - Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please inform us in your initial message. A refundable $250 pet fee will apply. Personal Belongings: - The host is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after check-out. 🔴 Please keep all doors especially main doors and back doors closed to keep Airconditioner cool and prevent AC coil from freezing.
