Welcome to Lake Panamoka Bliss, a true waterfront escape with direct lake access, a private sandy beach, and multiple decks overlooking the water. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, or relaxing lakeside, then gather around the firepit or enjoy dinner on the deck as the sun sets over the lake. Inside, the home is bright and updated, with comfortable sleeping for up to six guests and everything needed for an easy, relaxed East End stay close to beaches, dining, and farm stands. The space A private waterfront home set in a quiet neighborhood, offering year-round water views, direct lake access, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and spending time together. Guests can enjoy the deck for dining and lounging, a beach-level firepit by the water, and a gas grill for easy outdoor meals. The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests with two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Inside, the layout is clean, bright, and well equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located minutes from Long Island’s famous vineyards, wineries, and farm stands. The house is perfectly located close to all east Long Island has to offer. Great nearby restaurants and shopping. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information. If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity. IMPORTANT NOTE: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking. Guest access Guests have full private access to the home, decks, beach area, and waterfront. Other things to note Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. - Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
