The space The Hilltop Hideout is a luxury cottage located in the private Fish Camp enclave of The Lodges at Eagles Nest. Designed with all top of the line features, this home offers smart TV’s in every room, Sonos surround sound, a gas fireplace with traditional stone surround, an oversized curb-less shower with a rainfall head, motorized black out shades, and much more. It was also furnished by a professional design team with special attention to luxury finishes including plush bedding along with premium linens and bath amenities. Outside, you’ll find a large covered deck with rocking chairs, a gas grill, and fire pit with seating to enjoy with those you love most. While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities in the Eagles Nest community. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: Epic Chophouse - available to renters without membership BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (Hiking & Biking Trails) Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts Pickleball Basketball Frisbee Golf Archery Playground (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard: Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.) Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced. Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's and would be denied entry at the gate. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax which is collected through the airbnb resolutions center. - The owners of this home use 1 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. It is located on the front exterior wall pointed at the deck & yard. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pets are not permitted. Thank you for not bringing pets to the home. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival. Guest access 4WD/AWD and sometimes chains are needed in times of snow or ice. Roads are paved.
