The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and has another bathroom directly opposite the room for guests to use. Both bedrooms have a dedicated work station from anyone wishing to WFH. The apartment itself is situated in the renowned Lace Market area. There are local pubs, restaurants and a Tesco's and Sainsbury's convenience stores nearby to the apartment. Nottingham's renowned market square is literally a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away. The property is well served by public transport, you can take a number of buses and trams to tour around the city and other surrounding areas. The apartment is located in one of Nottingham's most sought after and upmarket areas. It is the perfect location for family holidays, a couples weekend or business trip.
