We are a privately owned and run holiday home on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton on the Naze. We are situated to the near to the club house , restaurant and the shop . The caravan is brand new in 2022 . Wi-Fi is free at the caravan . USB sockets , full size fridge freezer, toaster , kettle , Tv , microwave, Sofabed and dinning table , central heating. Master bedroom has double bed Bedroom 2 Twin beds Bedroom 3 Twin beds Sofabed in the lounge The space There is a double bed in the main bedroom Bedroom 2 twin beds Bedroom 3 twin beds Heating throughout Smart Tv Decking area USB points Heated Swimming pool and laundrette on site Please note the club and pool is closed from December to mid March but you are still allowed to stay in the caravan even though the facilities maybe closed Guest access The main entrance to Park Dean holiday park is in Hall Lane Other things to note Entertainment passes can be purchased from reception if needed. Travel cots or high chairs can be hired for £15 per stay each but must be booked in advance subject to availability . Bedding isn't provided with the travel cots. Early check in or late check out must be booked in advance subject to availability and is charged at an hourly rate.The Park facilities are closed from November to March but you can still stay in the caravan apart from January .
