Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, our Airbnb is on a quiet cul de sac near downtown Nashville. Some of Nashville’s best restaurants and are less than 2 miles away. Downtown is just a quick 10 minute Uber ride/drive. Our home is very family and pet friendly. There is also a sprawling backyard for grilling, relaxing and space for pups to run around! The space This Airbnb is a very open concept. The breakfast area, kitchen, dining room and living room all flow together with high ceilings! The bedrooms have ample space and are separated for privacy. The backyard is large enough for entertaining and the porch wraps the entire back of the home with two sitting areas! One for dining and the other for relaxing to enjoy and little tv and drinks. The backyard is private and you will enjoy the quietness it provides. We have a grill available for you and your guests. In addition, can I get a hot tub?! Yes you can! Soak in the hot tub under the trees for a relaxing night! If you happen to drive a Tesla, we can provide a charging station as well! Guest access You will be able to access the Airbnb via a smart lock on the red front door. The code will be sent between 12-2pm on the day of check-in. Other things to note Please note: This Airbnb has an apartment partially above it. In the master bedroom you may occasionally hear footsteps. However we have taken many steps to lessen the sound between the two spaces.
