This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 3300 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) Main features include: - Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.) - Cable TV (there are 5 televisions) - Wi-Fi internet - Air conditioning, Fans - Top floor (best views, quieter!): the penthouse takes actually two full floors, with a living room on each floor - One bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedrooms have queen-size beds, and two bedrooms have bunk beds - 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom for guests - Terrace, Balcony - Sea views - Washing machine - Tropical garden - Parking - Elevator - Backup generator - 24/7 security - BBQ in common area - On-site administration office - Check-in with English speaking staff - Other units are available in this residence, for larger groups (or if you have any particular preference in terms of floor number, beds size etc.) A few house rules: - This is a quiet family residence - if you need a guest-friendly place, we manage them as well. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
