Our one-bedroom condo #507 features a loft, full kitchen, and one full bath. It is conveniently located in the Tamarron Lodge building close to all the resort amenities including heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and on-site dining. As a top-floor unit, we have the best views and a loft for extra space to spread out and relax. The space Bed Configuration: Main Floor - 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa Loft 2nd Floor – King bed with TV, extra AC unit King bed in loft, 1 queen bed on main level with a queen sleeper sofa. There are 2 flat screen TVs with Roku and Direct TV, dining table with seating for 4 with amazing views. Extra AC unit in loft sleeping area and an electric fireplace in the living room for additional comfort! Privacy curtain for upstairs loft sleeping area. Closet for jackets/skis and ski/snow boots. Coffee pot is set up for making normal drip pots and k-cups. Stocked kitchen with all cookware, basic spices/oil, cleaning supplies, and dish soap/pods provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) and paper towels (2 rolls) provided. Please note, the stairs to the loft are quite steep and not appropriate for young children or guests with mobility issues. Young children should never be allowed on the stairs or in the loft area. Due to HOA regulations, this unit and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets or smoking/vaping. ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. In the warm months, our guests can play golf at the member's-only Valley Course at Glacier Club (scheduled to open for the season May 3rd) at a discounted rate, with 7-day advance tee-time booking privileges, as well as tennis/pickleball. 24-hour manned front-desk for check-in. Elevator and luggage carts available, with covered building entry for ease of unloading/loading. On-site dining located in 1st floor of our building at “Cliffside Bar & Grill” or a short walk across our parking lot to Glacier clubhouse there is “Mineshaft Bar & Grill” (offers full menu breakfast, lunch & dinner) and newly opened “Prospector” (refined mountain fare and farm-fresh flavors serving lunch-dinner). Coin/card/app laundry facilities available at the end of the hallway on each floor. 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). During winter you may be asked to move vehicles to cleared parking spaces to allow for efficient snow removal. Vehicles needing to be shoveled out will be charged $100 for this service. Weekly/monthly discounts: 15% weekly in peak season, 25% weekly in offseason, 50% monthly in offseason. Guest access The entire condo is open to use except for a small, locked owners closet behind the kitchen. The pool & fitness center is available to use for all registered guests; you much check in and provide your room number and name at the sign in desk. The golf course is strictly off limits for all purposes except for paying golfers; no walking, biking, picnicking, etc allowed on any part of the golf course including the cart paths. Other things to note 10 minute drive to Purgatory for skiing/biking, or the Nordic Center for outdoor winter recreation (snow shoeing, cross country, etc).
