Located at the entrance of Boothbay Harbor, this house has been completely updated. Featuring beautiful hardwood floors and attractive decor throughout, The Red House is a perfect place from which to explore the harbor. An old-fashioned front porch welcomes you while the private back deck with gas grill and dining area is a great place to enjoy some privacy. The space Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen, welcoming dining room, spacious living room, and a completely renovated full bath. Upstairs are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and another updated full bath. Please note that two bedrooms feature window AC units. A new larger hot water heater was added to accommodate 8 guests. The backyard has a deck with tables and chairs for a more private space. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Coffee maker is a hard filter drip coffee maker. Other things to note Please note that like many homes in the New England area, this home is NOT equipped with Central Air Conditioning. The owners have installed window A/C units in two of the bedrooms for added convenience and comfort. IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
