Looking for a place where family and friends can enjoy nature, outdoors and each other’s company? Look no further. Welcome to our cozy 3 bdr 2 bth townhouse located on a quiet cul-de-sac that is true home away from home conveniently located in private community 2 minutes away from the Camelback Ski Resort, Adventure, CamelBeach outdoor & Aquatopia Indoor Waterparks. So close you can see it from the windows. Great getaway place all year round: spring, summer, fall or winter–there is plenty to do. The space We are happy to invite you to our beautiful townhouse that is a true home away from home. The house is suitable for families with young kids, including infants. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has a toddler bed with guards that can also be used as a crib (you just need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket). We have a high chair, booster seat, pack and play, bassinet, toys and kids books for the little once. The house is stocked with everything for a hustle-free vacation. Passcode lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest having access to the property independent of each other. The first floor has an open floor layout connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the fireplace watching TV, DVDs, stream through your favorite player, or listen to your favorite tunes by playing CDs or your phone. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils- all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine. Dining room is suitable for up to 7 people. Linens and towels are provided. The house has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own toiletries and detergent (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) . Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot. During summer season our community offers an outdoor pool (between Memorial Day and Labor day), tennis and basketball courts and children playground that are accessible to our guests. ***NOTE: Community Pool and children playground may not be accessible during 2025 summer season due to complete renovation of the pool area. Camelback Mountain is 2 minutes away with skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter, and Camelbeach Mountain waterpark in the summer. The 1000’ Dual Zip Lines, Mountain Coaster, Mountain Segways, and TreeTops Adventure Course are another of Camelback Mountain Adventures' heart-pounding experiences. Aquatopia, America’s top indoor waterpark, is 5 minutes away, and Kalahari, America’s largest indoor waterpark, is 20 minutes away. Nature lovers will find a Big Poconos State Park 5 minutes up the road with plenty of hiking trails and Delaware Watergap 20 minutes away with hiking, biking, kayaking and other fun activities. Crossings Premium Outlets featuring over 100 stores is 10 minutes away, Mountain Airy Casino Resort 17 minutes away, and Nascar is 20 miles away. Nearby activities also include horseback riding, paintball, fishing, hiking, mountain biking to name a few… Please check out our Guidebook for more on local attractions. Sleeping arrangements: • 1st floor - 1 br with 1 bunk bed (lower full size bed and upper twin size bed) • 2nd floor – 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a crib/toddler bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed Rental includes: • Bed linens, bath towels • Cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, glasses • Brewing Coffee Machine and single-serve Keurig Coffee Machine • Toaster, Toaster Oven, Griddler, Blender, Microwave • Washer/Dryer Machine • Hair dryer • SMART LED TV in the living room connected to the internet that can be used to stream Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. You will need to log in to your accounts. There is NO cable • TV in the upstairs bedroom with Roku stick can be used to stream Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. You will need to log in to your accounts. • TV in the downstairs bedroom is to be used for DVD viewing. • DVD Player • Free Wifi • Split A/C unit in the living room • Gas BBQ, Propane gas tank included and can be refilled in the nearby supermarket if low on gas. • Access to the Community outdoor heated swimming pool during the summer, kid’s playground, outdoor tennis court, basketball court ***NOTE: Community Pool and children playground may not be accessible during 2025 summer season due to complete renovation of the pool area. Additional property/community details: Our unit is located inside the beautiful Northridge at Camelback Mountain community. A few community standards you should be aware of before requesting to book are as follows: *Security: Although it is not a gated community, there is visible 24/7 security that patrols the area for everyone’s safety. *Parking: The license plate numbers for all vehicles are required. There is parking for two vehicles directly outside of our unit, and additional parking is available in the overflow lot (.5 miles away). Additionally, the full legal name of all adult overnight guests must be registered in advance as required by our homeowner's association. *Outdoor Pool: Outdoor pool is usually available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Names of all guests must be given in advance to be added to the welcome list. ***NOTE: Community Pool and children playground may not be accessible during 2025 summer season due to complete renovation of the pool area. *Fireworks: No Fireworks of any type may be used or set off within our community at any time! Strictly enforced by the community and fines are issued. *Trash: Garbage must be disposed of in our community trash compactor. There is no curbside trash collection. Garbage can never be left outside the unit at any time and may attract bears. *Please note that this unit shares a wall with one other unit. We appreciate your respect of our neighbors’ right to a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially within quiet hours in the community between 10pm - 8am. *Citations and additional cleaning fee: Security officers are on patrol 24/7 and violators of the community rules may receive a citation and fine. The booking guest assumes the responsibility for any and all citations issued during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning fee. Guest access You’ll have the townhouse to yourself (excluding locked owner's closets). Other things to note • Adult over age of 25 must be present during stay. • All guest must sign a short term rental agreement and provide names and ages of all persons staying at the house as well as the make, plate number and state the plate is in of all the vehicles that will be arriving to the community. This information is required by the HOA for all visitors. Email address will be requested upon reservation to provide the agreement and Welcome Guide. • Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces. • While this is a kids friendly house it is not baby proofed. Children under 2 should not be left unattended around staircases and fireplace. • This is a family community - please be respectful of the residents and keep the noise level at the minimum. • Early check-in and late check-out might be available for an additional fee. Please inquire separately. • Keep in mind that the area is on a higher elevation and it gets colder at night, even during the summer month. Dress warm or bring extra clothing. • You are surrounded by the wild nature, which includes mosquitoes, bugs and ticks during the summer season. Repellents are highly recommended while outdoors. Occasionally, some insects might find it's way into the house. • Please take off your shoes in the house. • No pets allowed. • While this home is pet-free zone, we cannot guarantee no animal dander due to ADA regulations allowing service animals to stay with their handlers.
