Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and everything that you’d need to create your favorite home cooked meal. Large outdoor balcony with loungers, pub table, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs for your private enjoyment. Bedroom has a king sized bed and spa-like bath to complete the unit. Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge. PARKING: (CONDOMINIUM FEES) Short term renters staying (27) days or less: $25 per vehicle per night - Valet parking only Credit Card only Electric vehicle charging stations available CHECK-IN: For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to submit a copy of their government issued ID and complete a transient registration form before arrival. This registration form will include guest information, vehicle registration document, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules & regulations. **Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 72 hours prior to check in to send over to the condominium. The 8th floor pool is managed by the Goodland Hotel and has full food and bar service. VALET OVERNIGHT PARKING FEE: Short term renters staying (27) days or less must pay an overnight parking fee of $25 per night per vehicle. Credit Card only. Other things to note 🏡 Important Disclosures: For safety and security, there are outdoor security cameras located at the front of the home. These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior spaces. Noise monitoring devices are installed in common areas to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio). Guests may be asked to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in.
