The space It’s 20×42 feet in size , residential specification so has a dishwasher , washing machine, with the added extras of wine cooler, wireless charging points in all bedrooms & the kitchen, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed with en suite w.c and large shower ,the second bedroom has 2 full size single beds , the third bedroom has 3 quirky full size single platform bunk beds so sleeps 7 guests, well equipped for little ones with high chair & travel cot provided, there is a family bathroom with a bath & shower and w.c, private WiFi and wall mounted TVs in all bedrooms, the patio doors open onto a large veranda with a huge square hot tub with spotlights and outside seating *please note your break is self catering, the lodge has a fully equipped kitchen I do provide the below for your convenience- *complementary tea, coffee & sugar *2 tea towels & oven glove for your use *washing up liquid *2 x dishwasher tablets *antibacterial Hand wash in bathroom *antibacterial kitchen spray *1 disposable cleaning cloth & sponge *1 toilet roll *hand towel & bath mats in both bathrooms *3 bin bags *PlayStation 3 with games *please bring Any extras / everything you need as normal for your self catering break *hairdryer *tassimo coffee machine *dishwasher *washing machine ( please bring washing power) *this lodge has its own private WiFi The 3 bedroom lodge is open plan high end luxury Indulgence lodge with a fully equipped kitchen, wine cooler, dishwasher, utility with washing machine, large dining table with bench style seating, breakfast bar with bar stool seating, the living area has wall mounted smart tv, electric fire, plenty of seating with the patio doors and views on to Lancaster fishing lake, the hallway leads on to the above family bathrooms and bedrooms This beautiful lodge has 3 bedrooms with master bedroom having a kingside bed with en suite with large shower , W.C, glass wardrobes, tv , the second twin bedroom has 2 full size single beds with tv, the third bedroom has 3 quickly platform full size bunk beds with a tv, there is an additional family bathroom with bath & shower There is a travel cot and high chair for your use, please clean and place back to the original place ( no baby bedding is provided All guests booked in beds will be freshly made for arrival (please strip beds after use and place used laundry in the laundry bags provided / do not mix colours) **please do NOT forget all guests towels for use outside of the lodge for the hot tub / swimming if your planning on using the facilities This lodge has a full wrap around large veranda with full glass panels, sunken large square hot tub, private fishing peg and free fishing on the Lancaster fishing lake Other things to note 1. Please report any breakage /damage to me immediately, also allowing a reasonable amount of time for me to rectify any issues should they arise. 2. please report all accidents, all extensive damage must be paid for 3. Please leave the holiday home clean on departure and to the standard found on arrival 4. Please take out all rubbish and place in the bin behind the holiday home 5. Please report any items that are not working to me, any batteries/ bulbs that go please let me know I have spares 6. no swimming in the lake 7. Leaving the lodge to the standard found 8. Strip all used bedding 9. Leaving on mattress 10. And pillow protectors 11. Leave in the laundry bags 12. Smoking in the lodge is forbidden 13. Not leaving the lodge 14. To the standard found 15. Will result in loss of your deposit
