Retreat to Windsor “Winetopia” Getaway

PLEASE NOTE: as of 6/30/25, the town of Windsor will not allow short-term rentals. If you are inquiring on a longer stay, PLEASE MESSAGE ME. ’Winetopia’ - Walking distance to Russian River Brewery, Windsor Golf course, a short drive to SR airport, Healdsburg, wineries, local bars, and world class dining. With a spacious backyard area, Winetopia has 4 BR & 3 full BA, and contains everything you need to have a wonderful visit to Wine County. The space On the main floor, you are immediately greeted by a living/sitting room area as well as a dining table big enough for 8 people. The kitchen features a spacious bar top, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop. The family room is open to the kitchen and features a large, cozy couch and 55” inch flat, smart TV, A full bathroom and a Queen bedroom dubbed the “Pinot” room is also located on this floor. The second floor has 2 Queen bedrooms, dubbed the “Cabernet” room and the “Reisling” room and shares one full bathroom. The master “Chardonnay” suite has a king sized bed with a mounted flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and stand-alone shower and large soaking tub. If you are staying for a while and need to do laundry while in town, then you'll be pleased to know we have a full laundry room with detergent provided!
