The primary suite features a king bed, full bath, and private deck, while two guest rooms share a nearby bathroom. Outdoor spaces include a shaded front patio for relaxing, private sitting areas, and a fenced dog run. Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required per stay to cover incidentals. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests. Guest access The entire home and property is for guest use only. We ask that you do not park a car in the garage but guests are welcome to access the garage to use the washer/dryer or play ping pong. *Access code and other important entry instructions will be sent to you on the day before your check in via the booking app and in an email. *This home does not allow for EV car charging and does not have an EV Charger, please make other offsite plans for charging your electric vehicle if staying at this home. We are not responsible for any electrical issues you may encounter if you overload the older electrical system of this home by plugging in a vehicle *No mail or packages may be received at this home Other things to note The backyard is not fully fenced and opens to the back alley. If you bring your dog, please be aware of this and watch them in the back yard to ensure they do not wander into neighbors property. Dogs are secure in the dog run along the west side of the home. This home is on a septic system and absolutely nothing but bodily waste and small amounts of toilet paper can go into the toilets. No "flushable wipes", feminine hygiene products, or paper towels- if items are found like this and cause a blockage, we will need to assess a charge equal to the amount of the plumbing call out. We have five security cameras outside the home for your safety and the protection of the home-two in front, casting down on the driveway; two in back, casting down on the backyard; and one at the entry, casting down at the front door. Tampering with the camera system in anyway is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. NOTE: Up to two pets allowed, $100 per pet non refundable pet fee and guest must agree to pet policy
